 I am the Trustee of our deceased mother's estate which included a property in La Jolla that my sister was living in.  The terms of the trust required selling the property, and Loraine assisted greatly in the delicate handling of relocating my sister, helping her move her years of belongings, as well as our mother’s houseful of furniture and personal belongings. 

Additionally, Loraine was a huge help in preparing the property for sale with the remodeling from top to bottom of the property including new flooring, paint, bathrooms, lighting and kitchen.
